Have you ever had a bad experience with a service company? Our owner, Jonathan Maynard certainly has. Red Door was founded in 2016 when he struggled to find a good company to service his home. He said “There has to be a better way.” when faced with contractors who didn’t show up, or charged a ton of money with little value, or didn’t do what they promised.

So, Red Door was founded first of all on customer service and delivering value. How do we do this? It’s our people. Our culture. We are not like most other companies. Our team loves working here and bringing your dreams to life. So, you can be confident that the Red Door crew will show up and do great work with a great attitude.

In addition to the smiling faces you’ll see from our team, you can also count on the fact that we focus on continuous improvement and training with out team. Our technicians go through 120 hours of training before being signed off and our office staff undergoes continuous training to make sure we are delivering the absolute best to our clients. 

Besides serving our clients, we are very active in our community. Why? Besides being the right thing for us to do, we know that it’s because of our community that we exist, so giving back comes naturally. From delivering meals for Renato Smiles, or volunteering at the food bank, our team members are in the community delivering happiness.
