What is Red Door Lighting Company? We are a local, family-owned company that is experiencing amazing growth due to our talented employees and our dedication to providing legendary customer service to our clients.

What does Red Door Lighting Company do? We provide legendary customer service experiences to our clients through a variety of home services. Primarily we provide and install low voltage LED lighting in a variety of applications for homes and commercial properties.  We specialize in professionally designed landscape lighting installations, permanent roofline lighting systems, and even temporary displays for special events.  During the winter months, we return to where we started, and install amazing holiday displays for an extensive list of home and business owners.

Who are we looking for? We have roles for both people who have worked a labor-type job, excelled at it, and enjoy working outside; or for people that prefer working at a desk providing legendary customer service over the phone.  We have an amazing company culture that has fun including contests and rewards. Our ideal person would fit right into that culture. Negative people, complainers, and grouches honestly don’t last long – and our employees love that!

We don’t have a high-pressure sales environment. We treat our clients with respect and look to serve as “guides”. Honestly, our services sell themselves. We are looking for team members that will exemplify our core values to our clients and community.

What can a new employee expect? Whatever your role, your first week of employment is filled with paid training and certifications. Then we will pair you with a team trainer.  We typically work Monday-Friday.
